What are supplemental or 'additional' admission requirements?

Main Content
405 views

Certain programs at George Brown may have additional requirements, over and above the academic courses or credentials required. This might include:

  • In-person Interview
  • Online recorded interview
  • Information session
  • Additional testing
  • Audition
  • Portfolio
  • Demo
  • Questionnaire
  • Review by Departmental Committee
  • Prior learning assessment based on previous educational and experiential learning.

Qualified applicants will be invited to submit the supplemental requirements, or be invited to attend an information session or interview, once they meet the academic requirements, or at the request of the Admissions Office. An email will be sent to these applicants outlining the details of the additional requirements and the next steps.

Please note: In certain programs only the top ranked applicants are invited to attend an interview or special testing.

Please check individual program pages for the specific admission requirements by program.
