Microsoft 365 Access Including OneDrive

George Brown College provides students and staff with free access to Microsoft 365—a tool that allows you to create, edit and share documents and projects in real time and on the go.

Access to Microsoft 365 including OneDrive is available to currently registered students and up to 1 year after your last registered course.

The service can be used on your PC or Mac and on your Android, iOS or Windows device. With your account, you can install the Microsoft 365 application on up to five devices.

How to sign in

Students and staff can access Microsoft 365 with your George Brown College login credentials.

Username: studentID/employeeID@georgebrown.ca 

Password: George Brown password

Sign In To Microsoft 365

Access to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more

With Microsoft 365, George Brown users can access the most up-to-date versions of well-known Microsoft programs, including:

  • Excel
  • OneNote
  • PowerPoint
  • Word

No need for a USB key

You'll receive one terabyte (TB) of storage and sharing, and email with a 50 gigabyte (GB) mailbox.

Please note that Microsoft 365 saves documents to a cloud-based Microsoft server that is not the George Brown College server.
