We strongly encourage you to download the Zoom app and log in with your GBC email address and password. This will ensure you are able to connect seamlessly with the counsellor on your smartphone or your computer.

GBC Counselling Services uses a Zoom version that meets all privacy concerns. Only people who have the link will be allowed into the meeting. All participants will have to wait in the virtual waiting room until they are admitted by the counsellor.
