Strategies for Supporting Our Neurodiverse Clients and Colleagues Workshop

Hosted by the CWC & CDP Alumni Chapter, this impactful panel discussion explored the critical topic of neurodiversity in the workplace. Attendees gained insights from leading experts and advocates, uncovering the latest research, practical strategies, and hidden barriers affecting neurodiverse individuals. The event provided actionable tools to foster inclusion and support for colleagues and clients, leaving participants inspired to champion a more equitable and understanding workplace.

Home Court Heroes: GBC Alumni at MLSE

Alumni Relations was thrilled to welcome our graduates to the Home Court Heroes: GBC Alumni at MLSE event, celebrating the incredible achievements and ongoing contributions of George Brown College graduates at MLSE. The evening, filled with engaging conversations and reconnections, brought together alumni, current students, and college leadership to celebrate shared successes and strengthen ties between the GBC and MLSE communities. 

 

Art Installation at Nuit Blanche by Future Alumni

October 5, 2024

George Brown College hosted 4 art installations in Nuit Blanche 2024, including one by our future alumni Sara Vargas Nessi with the title “The Home I Never Knew”. The installation was inspired by Venezuela’s vibrant landscapes, flora, fauna and culture, which explored the profound connections people share with places they may have never visited.

IT Alumni Chapter Workshop: Unlock the Future with AI
