- COVID-19 two or three doses valid once in a lifetime
- Flu shot-must be renewed every year
- Hepatitis B-blood test valid once in a lifetime
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella-two doses or blood test valid once in a lifetime
- Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertusiss (TDAP)-must be renewed every 10 years
- Two Step TB Skin Test Negative result (-)-must be renewed every year
- Two Step TB Skin Test Positive result (+)-no more skin test
- Varicella-two doses or blood test valid once in a lifetime
Non-medical Certificates
- Basic Life Support-must be renewed every year (except S404/S414 valid every two years)
- CPR level C-must be renewed every year (for S100 DT and S115 DOA only)
- Mask Fit Test-must be renewed every two years
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate-must be renewed every two years
- Standard First Aid and CPR level C-must be renewed every three years
- Vulnerable Sector Check-renew every six months/annually
- WHMIS-must be renewed every three years
