English as a Second Language (R901) – Apply to this part-time certificate to improve your personal, professional and academic English language skills

English for Professional Success (R902) – Apply to this program if you have advanced English skills and want to develop your professional communication skills.

Continuing Education ESL Pathway to George Brown College Certificates and Diplomas (R903) – Apply tot his program if you need to meet the English Language admission requirements for George Brown Certificate, Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate programs (without co-op).

Our fall and winter campaign shows how we transform classroom learning into real-world success and embrace our place in Canada's largest urban centre.

As intense plans for redevelopment move ahead in Toronto’s Regent Park and St. James Town neighbourhoods, George Brown College (GBC) is helping immigrants and newcomers ensure their voices are heard as their communities undergo significant change.

The leaders sat down together at the Daphne Cockwell Centre for Health Sciences at Waterfront Campus on October 19 and took questions from GBC students on climate change, leadership, and the challenging economic circumstances for post-secondary students.

You have until October 30 to check out the seven installations in both English and French on the main floor of the St. James Campus library.

Playoff action starts tonight (Wednesday, October 18) at 7:30 p.m. with the Huskies men's soccer team facing off against Fleming College. Find out where to follow the action.

At George Brown College, we firmly believe that violence against civilians and the promotion of hate should never be tolerated. Our thoughts are with both the Israeli and Palestinian communities, and we hope for a peaceful resolution.

A student scholarship made a big difference for Construction Engineering Technology grad Vincent Nguyen and contributed to his success. Now, he's a project co-ordinator who one day hopes to become a project manager.

This year, 18 participants were taken on a campus tour, exploring the millwright, welding, carpentry, plumbing workshops and more. They also were able to attend a site visit tour of Tridel’s Aqualuna residential property on the Waterfront.
