Fees Deposit Is Due for the Fall 2024 Term (New and Returning Students)
All new and returning students must pay the fees deposit by the new due date, or the date indicated on their invoice, to hold their seat for September 2024.

First Day to Drop Courses Online for the Fall 2024 Term (if your registration time is open)
For most programs, students are permitted to drop courses online via STU-VIEW up until the Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty deadline. Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are registered for all required courses. Always seek Academic Advising prior to dropping courses.

Transfer Credit Application Available
Students will be able to submit Transfer Credit applications beginning on August 6. Please review the important dates for the last date to add a class, and last day to drop a class. Please visit https://www.georgebrown.ca/apply/transfer-credits for information on how to apply for Transfer Credit.
Last Day to Write Placement Tests for English & Math for the Fall 2024 Term (First Year Students ONLY)
Placement test scores help us determine whether you are ready to take the college-level credit courses in English and/or math in the first semester, or if you need to take a foundation-level course first to further develop your skills.Important: If you do not complete placement testing by this date, you will be automatically placed in the foundation-level course(s). You can book your placement test(s) online via STU-VIEW. For more information, visit the Assessment Centre website.

Last Day to Transfer to a Different Program or Section for the Fall 2024 Term
You may transfer to a different section within your program online via STU-VIEW, if permitted.To transfer to a different program, please contact your Academic Divisional Office for assistance.
Academic Progress Reports (Degree Works) for Fall 2024 Are Now Available for Review.
Login to your STU-VIEW account and select Credential Audit from the Main Menu to view your Academic Progress Report (Degree Works).
Balance of Fees Due for the Fall 2024 Term for all students.
This due date applies to all post secondary students, including OSAP and Better Jobs Ontario applicants. Important: A non-refundable late charge will be applied if fees are not received by this date.
Last Day to Withdraw from an Entire Program with a Partial Refund for the Fall 2024 Term.
This deadline date is strictly enforced.If you are a domestic student, please withdraw from your program online via STU-VIEW – you will be required to provide a reason for withdrawal. Otherwise, please contact the Registration Department to request a withdrawal from your program; your written request must be submitted by the deadline.Always seek Academic Advising prior to withdrawing from a program

Students wishing to appeal a grade have 10 business days from this date to initiate an appeal.Please refer to the Academic Appeals Policy for details.
College Closed for Holiday Break
The College will close on Friday, December 20 at 5:00 p.m. and will re-open on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Winter semester classes start on January 6, 2025.
