There were more than 250 submissions for the 2020 challenge, which contestants had four months to complete.
The annual Ubisoft Toronto NEXT Challenge highlights the talents of video game development students in Ontario and helps them create professional networks. The 2020 awards ceremony was held remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Winners join Ubisoft Toronto teams for three-month paid apprenticeships.
“This year the quality of work submitted by our students was exceptional! We are very proud and congratulate all finalists,” says Jean-Paul Amore, Program Coordinator at the School of Design.
