Micah has appeared in various music videos for Shawn Mendes: Something Big, and Brooklyn Roebuck's Lemon and Lime. He has also worked personally with choreographers Dejan Tubic & Melissa Williams for the Panam games. Micah graduated from the George Brown College Commercial Dance program which allowed him to be a triple threat performer that opened up many opportunities. Micah recently played the role of Gene Kelly in Anatomy of a Dancer, directed and choreographed by Adam Martino of Breakaway Entertainment. Micah is currently working with Drayton Entertainment, one of Canada's most successful professional theatre companies.

"The biggest thing I took away from GBD was to always remember why I'm in dance."
Starting out as just a hobby, dance has grown into more than just a passion; it's his way of life. He has had the opportunity to work with such artists as Divine Brown at the 2011 "Toronto New Year's Bash", and for Lady Gaga at the 2011 "Much Music Video Awards." He is the founder and choreographer for the new all-male Hip-Hop dance crew, The O.G. Crew (Original Gentlemen), and is a P106 – Commercial Dance – Jazz & Hip Hop faculty member at George Brown Dance. Over the past few years, Derick has developed and refined his own style of dance. Derick's choreography is based on Hip-Hop, but he likes to fuse it with other styles such as African and contemporary.

"Dance was the one thing that I loved, so I decided to pursue it and here I am."
Esie Mensah was the 2014 Black Canadian Award Winner for Best Contemporary Dancer and the 2015 recipient of the Cultural Promotion award from the Ghanaian-Canadian Association. Esie has worked with some of the industry's biggest icons such as Rihanna, Drake, Janelle Monae, Nelly Furtado, Flo Rida, as well as Coca Cola, Luminato, TIFF, Estée Lauder, FIFA, WE DAY and more. Aside from her accolades, Esie is committed to bringing a new fresh genre of dance into the industry. Afrofusion is her own unique style of dance that includes movements from Traditional and Contemporary African, Commercial, Urban and Contemporary styles.

"If it wasn't for the teachers I had and the connections I had with the teachers, I definitely wouldn't be where I am."
Peter Kelly is in his fourth season as a company dancer with Toronto Dance Theatre (TDT). Beyond TDT, Peter has worked with Summerworks Performance Festival as the Patron Services Coordinator, with Dance Ontario as the Provincial Networks Coordinator, and is currently the Artistic Director of New Blue Emerging Dance. Under the banner of Suede & Company, Peter explores/creates interdisciplinary works that aim to tackle barriers associated with sexual identity and queer culture.

Heather started the George Brown Dance program in 2009 and in 2010 performed as a Local Participant in a CBJ production. She then joined CBJ as an RBC Apprentice in 2012. As a CBJ dancer, Heather has performed various roles in Sleeping Beauty, Tall and Small stepsister in Cinderella, Raccoon in The Nutcracker: A Canadian Tradition, and Czardash & Spanish Dancer in Swan Lake. Joined Canada's Ballet Jörgen in 2013.

Ayva graduated from the Dance Performance program at George Brown Dance and went on to join CBJ as a Mentorship Student. In 2012 Ayva became an RBC Apprentice. Joined Canada's Ballet Jörgen in 2013. Ayva was a guest dancer for Symphony Nova Scotia's Nutcracker in 2016 and 2017. As a CBJ dancer, Ayva has performed various roles in Sleeping Beauty, Cygnets & Mazurka dancer in Swan Lake, Flower & Snowflake in The Nutcracker: A Canadian Tradition, and the Conductor in Robert Desrosiers's Bouffonia.
