We understand that the financial side of college can be intimidating, but we're here to help. You can contact the Financial Aid Office at FinAid@georgebrown.ca with questions. We recommend using your GBC email which helps us verify your identity.
Document Submission
- OSAP document submission: Any documents required for OSAP processing should not be mailed, but rather scanned and uploaded to your student OSAP account (available at ontario.ca/osap). For any technical difficulty, please email FinAid@georgebrown.ca
- Bursary/Awards document submission: Any documents required for bursary/awards/scholarship processing should not be mailed, but rather scanned and emailed to awards@georgebrown.ca
Get help paying for college
OSAP provides financial assistance through loans (money you pay back) and grants (money you don’t have to pay back).
Our awards program is designed to help students in financial need and those who do well academically. There are many awards offered through the college and external partners.
Sometimes things come up that we don’t plan for. When this happens, emergency funding may be available. Contact Financial Aid (FinAid@georgebrown.ca) to access the application.
This program provides students with on-campus job opportunities for up to 15 hours a week.
Are you an applicant or current student with a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP)? You may be eligible for the Canadian Learning Bond.
If government funding isn’t for you, there are other options that might fit you.
The payment plan is available to new and returning domestic students and returning international students. This allows student to pay their semester tuition in three instalments.
George Brown College has partnered with Passage to provide international students with student loan opportunities for select GBC programs. Our Passage partnership helps make a post-secondary education at GBC more accessible and helps our institution attract more diverse talent to Canada.
