English for Post–secondary Studies

The English for Post-secondary Studies stream is designed to prepare you for your post-secondary studies and for success in university or college. Here are some of the learning experience in this stream:

  • Academic reading and note-taking strategies.
  • Practice writing persuasive essays.
  • Develop critical thinking skills through a combination of reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities.
  • Weekly online assignments for enriched learning.

There is no need to apply for this stream. Students will be in the Post-secondary stream in level 7 by default.
