Volunteering with the Dean's Ambassador Program
At the Centre for Construction & Engineering Technologies our main focus is your success. A large part of this success is providing you with opportunities to extend your learning experience outside of the classroom. A large part of college life includes developing your personal and professional growth, which will serve as a foundation for the rest of your career. We encourage you to take part of college life as much as possible, and as such invite you to become key ambassadors to the college by volunteering your time to represent our school. Your success is our success; and your participation in our Dean’s Ambassador Program is key to delivering this success. Becoming a Dean’s Ambassador is easy!
All full-time students enrolled at the Centre for Construction Engineering & Technologies studies are welcome to join – it’s that easy.
Students are required to assist in a minimum of 5 different events during the academic year (New Student Orientation, Career Fair, Exploring Tech in the City, Promoting Skills, Trades & technology, BOLT/TRIDEL Day of Discovery, Information Sessions, Association Fairs). We will also have other internal and external volunteer opportunities available.
*To receive your Dean’s certificate and letter, you will need a total of 5 Credit points each academic year – From September 1st to August 31. You receive a credit point for every event you volunteer at.
