Biography

Terry is currently embarking upon his second decade as an instructor in the college’s Financial Services program. Prior to joining the college he spent 15 years in various roles within the wealth management divisions of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Ross Dixon Financial Services (later acquired by Dundee Wealth Management).

He was a contributing author to the book “Krash” penned by Jonathan Chevreau and Stephen Gadsden, published in September of 1999 that called for an imminent major stock market crash which started in March of 2000. Most recently he edited “Findependence Day”, authored by Jonathan Chevreau and published by the Financial Post, 2008, and its U.S.A edition in 2013. On numerous occasions he has also contributed articles in The Investment Executive magazine.

Around the college you may catch him in a Fundamentals of Financial Planning course, Taxation, Retirement Planning, Insurance, or his favourite subject – Investment Planning. One of his greatest joys is observing student’s development as they grow to achieve success in their chosen fields.
