Biography

Sujay Vardhmane is a Global Human Resources Professional, Thought Leader and Professor who inspires students to have a "Growth Mindset" and build for their future by investing in education, professional network, people management and "Managing Up". He believes that through teaching one can inspire and transform the lives of students. It is this opportunity and responsibility that he enjoys and drives him to give back and enable students’ success.

He brings extensive global work experience in the field of human resources spanning across banking (Scotiabank), insurance (Emirates Insurance), pharmaceuticals (Boots), engineering (Alcan), food services (AFS - Spinney's), manufacturing (Sigma), consulting (Strategic Human Capital) and academia (George Brown College, University of Toronto, Ryerson University).
