Biography
With both line and human resources management experience, Shawnne Soong is passionate about excellence in customer service and about active and strategic human resources and organizational planning. In teaching human resources management, she often speaks from the viewpoint of line management, human resource departments’ internal customers. Shawnne emphasizes to students the importance of communication skills in the Canadian workplace. She is a strong believer in life-long learning and continuous improvement. Shawnne motivates her students to hone their talents and leverage their strengths to reach their full potential.
