Biography
Ingrid worked extensively in the Toronto fashion industry, in the areas of importing, manufacturing, retail and consulting. She is an enthusiastic Professor in the School of Fashion & Jewellery, teaching a wide range of courses pertaining to the business of fashion. Projects include mentoring 50 – 85 students operating two on campus fashion boutiques and coaching up to 220 students preparing for their Field Education Experience. Projects in the past included establishing and managing a job placement board, graduate profile book and FashionWorks job fair/networking event. She consistently demonstrates a sincere interest in student success and academic excellence and was recently assigned to coordinate the Fashion Management and Sustainable Fashion Production programs.
