Biography
A committed Design Thinking Practitioner, Sarah leads teams and brands to success by focusing on user-centred design and consumer satisfaction. Her professional experience includes 20 years of Sales, Marketing, and Divisional Management across a variety of A&A channels, including jewellery, womenswear, menswear, boys’ accessories, outerwear, intimates, hosiery, eyewear, and denim.
With an affinity for business analytics, Sarah has distinguished herself in the Canadian Fashion Industry by fostering strategic partnerships between retailers, brands, wholesalers, distributors and technology solutions. When she is not teaching, Sarah operates a Fashion Management Consultancy, Servizio Group, where she works with clients to help grow and expand their brands in North America.
Sarah joined the Centre for Arts, Design and Information Technology (CADIT) faculty at George Brown in 2022 after completing her Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation at the DeGroote School of Business.
