Inception of George Brown College

George Brown College was formed in 1967 to serve the central core of the present City of Toronto area, continuing and quickly adding to the programs of two existing Provincial Trades Institutes originally founded in the 1950s and 60s. For more on the history of George Brown College please see George Brown College History.
