Electronic credentials will be made available typically 1 month after the end of the term. The e-credential is free to view, download, and share. You are not required to order or pay for a copy of your credential.
We are mailing hardcopy credentials at the end of each term. Credentials will be mailed to your home address. Please ensure we have the most up to date mailing address for you on STU-VIEW for when this mailing begins. Mailing times may be delayed.
April graduates – Credentials mailed at the beginning of July
August graduates – Credentials mailed at the end of September
December graduates – Credentials mailed at the end of January
CREDENTIALS NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your credential within the timeframe noted above please contact Academic Records, at records@georgebrown.ca.
Please note, if you currently have a financial hold on your student account, the credential will only become available once your hold has been removed. Please contact records@georgebrown.ca once your hold is removed to release your credential.
