Nik-Keisha Moodie Coaching & Development (NMCD) Inc. specializes in financial coaching and business development consultation services. NMCD offerings include personalized one-on-one coaching, group training sessions, workshop facilitation, event hosting, and speaking engagements. At the core of NMCD Inc. is 'Building A Dream,' an online support hub designed to serve as both a resource center and an accelerator for entrepreneurs at any stage of their journey. Academic Background

Nik-Keisha graduated from George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts in 2016 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Hospitality).

What made you want to become an entrepreneur?

I've always been motivated to carve out my path in life through hard work. I find fulfillment in earning money on my own terms and devising innovative ways to offer valuable services to others.

Why did you create your business?

Even before officially becoming a coach, people often saw me as one due to my natural inclination to guide others through life's challenges. Transitioning into entrepreneurship presented its own set of obstacles but overcoming them allowed me to recognize the value in sharing my experiences to help fellow entrepreneurs avoid similar pitfalls.

Through sharing my journey, I've been able to serve as a beacon of guidance for others embarking on their entrepreneurial path. Witnessing the impact of my insights, I realized the profound need for support among entrepreneurs looking to scale their ventures, which ultimately led me to establish my own business.

What successes have you enjoyed so far with building your company?

Establishing a network and community has been incredibly fulfilling. Not only have I connected with inspiring individuals and encountered exciting opportunities, but I also find great satisfaction in assisting others in realizing their visions of success. Empowering others to achieve financial freedom or grow their businesses is truly gratifying!

What is one piece of advice you would give to aspiring entrepreneurs?

Establish connections and become part of a community! One crucial lesson I've learned as an entrepreneur is that I can't succeed alone. As the African proverb wisely states, 'If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.' Building relationships and fostering a sense of community are essential ingredients for achieving long-term success.
