This program aims to empower GBC’s culinary talent through opportunities like scholarships, mentorship and business programs, all designed to cultivate a new generation of culinary entrepreneurs.
To kick off this partnership, we've handpicked 8 GBC students and alumni to dive into online restaurant entrepreneurship. After a competitive selection process, guided by GBC’s John Higgins, these selected chefs are opening their own limited-time storefronts on the Cookin app.
