We are celebrating the impressive George Brown College (GBC) alumni nominated for the 2024 Premier’s Awards that honour the tremendous contributions of Ontario college graduates.
Our seven nominees have positively impacted their professional areas and the GBC community. Their collective contributions are far-reaching, touching the construction, culinary, counselling, entrepreneurship, fashion and technology industries.

- Health Sciences: Barley Chironda (Practical Nursing Program, 2009)
- Recent Graduate: Joy Cardinal Flores (Activation Co-ordinator/ Gerontology Program, 2021)
- Science, Technology and Engineering: Eric Kukucka (Denturism, 2010)
- Skilled Trades: Rokhaya Gueye (Construction Engineering Management Program, 1999)
