ON-Campus: International Student Success Hubs
Our International Student Services Hubs at the Casa Loma and St.James campuses provide support for students, staff and other members of our community. Current students can connect with their International Student Advisors, the International Student Well-Being team, and other resources across the college.
We can help with:
- One-on-one immigration advising with our one of our International Student Advisors (ISAs). This is available for international program students only.
- Settlement support through our The Neighbourhood Office Settlement Worker
- Enrolment and graduation letter issuance
- Referral services to other GBC and external resources
- Orientation and support events

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- International Student Advisor hours:
- 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: By appointment only. Connect here to make an appointment.
- 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m: Walk-Ins only
Virtual Service Desk
For current or registered students, the fastest way to connect with one of our Enrolment Services team is by using the Waitwhile app to access the Office of the Registrar’s Virtual service Desk.
Services are available regarding enrolment/graduation letters, withdrawal/refund inquiries, and registration. We are unable to provide any immigration advising (study permit, work permit, etc.) via the Virtual Service Desk. Please contact your International Student Advisor.

Monday – Thursday — 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Friday — 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
