Greetings from the International Student Services & Support team at George Brown College!!! By now, most of you may have accepted your offer of admission and are preparing to arrive in Canada. What an exciting time!!! We are pleased to invite you to join us for the Spring 2025 International Student Pre-Arrival Orientation. The Pre-Arrival programming will include two sessions planned for March 20th and April 16th from 8 to 10 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). These sessions will be virtual and facilitated through Zoom platform.
Each session will cover topics ranging from immigration, arrival at the airport, getting to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), housing options, documents to carry with you, and other relevant information that will help you seamlessly transition and navigate this initial period of your student journey at George Brown College. The content for both sessions will be same so you may attend any session based on your preference.
HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND:
- Step 1: Please download the iCENT app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or sign in via your web browser. Click here for download instructions.
- Step 2: Click on 'EVENTS.'
- Step 3: Select the event/session/workshop.
- Step 4: Click on the RSVP button.
A confirmation email with the meeting link will be emailed to registered participants 48 hours before the scheduled session.
