Session Details
- For the Classroom: Tuesday March 4, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- For the Workplace: Wednesday March 5, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- For Students: Tuesday March 11, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Through this workshop, you will learn to:
- Understand 2SLGBTQIA+ identities
- Respond to 2SLGBTQIA+ people with respect & inclusivity
- Recognize legal and policy requirements regarding human rights
- Consider intersecting forms of oppression
- Challenge our own homophobia & transphobia
- Intervene in situations of discrimination, harassment, and oppression
- Commit to continued action to improve climate for 2SLGBTQIA+ people
