ShaSha Bread is Canada's leading artisan bakery. In 2009, they established an endowment fund to support students at George Brown College.
The ShaSha Bread Award is awarded annually to a student in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, who has a GPA of 2.5 or higher and demonstrates a high level and appreciation for baking bread. This financial support allows students to focus on their studies and succeed in their chosen field.
