Biography
Paul Zanettos is the Manager of Field Education and Partnerships with the Centre for Arts, Design and Information Technology at George Brown College. In this role, he manages the development and execution of work-integrated learning opportunities for the Centre’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He also works closely with members of industry and employers across Toronto in order to create new field-education opportunities and assist in the design of updated, job-relevant curriculum.
Prior to this role, Paul was a member of the Institute without Boundaries (IwB), working with the curriculum team in the development of new international partnerships. His work with the City of Chicago’s Sustainable Development Division and the City of Eastpointe, Michigan (located in Metro Detroit) laid the foundation for the IwB’s 2014-2015 Connecting Divided Places project. Paul started at George Brown College as the institution’s first Media Relations Manager in 2006
Paul has a Masters of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University. His interests include: mid-century modern architecture, design-related travel and all things green and sustainable, including his retrofitted 1954 ranch home and beloved Toyota Prius. Paul lives in Don Mills, Ontario with his wife and two young daughters.
