Biography
Joanne Badida is a professor at the School of Human Resources, Centre for Business at George Brown College, where she strives to inspire, challenge and connect with students – and to motivate them to learn and succeed.
Joanne has more than 15 years of human resources experience, having worked in human resources consulting firms as well as large corporations. Her areas of expertise include compensation design and implementation, performance management, job evaluation, human resources policies and practices, training and development, and succession planning. She is also the chair of the Compensation Surveys Committee at the Toronto Board of Trade.
