Biography
As an executive coach, speaker, consultant and educator Jane helps leaders to grow and deliver unprecedented results. She has a track record as a senior executive in Human Resources, Privacy and Operations. Jane brings a unique understanding of leading complex organizations through change including disruptive technology, culture transformation, mergers and acquisitions. Jane’s results orientation builds leaders’ strengths and develops successful organizations.
Jane takes a systems view and establishes a strong personal connection with every coaching client where they can confidentially explore their previously un-discussables. She collaborates with clients to design and implement practical strategies to achieve their business goals and offers supporting tools, methods and models exactly when they are needed. Her creativity helps organizations close the strategy - execution gap.
Jane studied International Business in Japan after receiving her MBA in Human Resources and her Bachelor of Commerce degree. She received her coach training from Adler School of Professional Coaching. She taught Leadership at the Masters and Undergraduate level.
