Lost and Found In the event that you’ve lost or found something on campus, you can contact Security at the relevant campus either to pick up or hand in the item.
I graduated, but did not receive my credential in the mail. What should I do?

If you completed a full time program within the last six (6) months, and did not receive your credential (certificate, diploma, or degree) in the mail, please send an inquiry to the Academic Records Office.
Can I pick up the refund cheque in person from the International Centre?

Due to the high volume of refund requests, all cheques are mailed out to students directly. Please make sure that your address is updated in STU-VIEW to ensure that it is mailed to the correct address. You must notify the International Centre immediately of any changes to your mailing address.
How long do I have to wait for my Admissions Test result?

Results for admission tests take approximately 5 business days to be issued. Please email your Admissions Officer 5 business days after you have written the test. Your Admissions Officer’s contact information is on your Letter of Acceptance and Test Letter.
