What services are provided by Career Services?

The Career Services team work closely with students from the time they begin their studies at GBC. If you’re a student or graduate with a career goal that you need support with, they are here to work with you. Their services include:

• Developing a clear career direction; career options available, pathways, skills required and labour market information
• Identifying and working with you to develop essential employability skills; including how to gain work experience or articulating soft skills in your career journey
• Online employment search coaching
• Social branding-marketing yourself with potential employers, including using social marketing effectively
• Many opportunities to network with employers
