I have an appointment booked with a counsellor. What is the cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment with Counselling Services. If two appointments in a row are missed or cancelled without proper notice, further requests for appointment bookings with a counsellor will be referred to the counselling team coordinator and/or manager to ensure effective use of counselling resources.
