I have a virtual (video) counselling appointment. How will I connect with the counsellor?

All video counselling appointments are conducted using Zoom Healthcare edition. Once you check in to the appointment on the counselling student portal, and your counsellor is ready to meet, you will be provided with a "Join Meeting" link which will take you to the Zoom meeting waiting room. Your counsellor will then admit you to the Zoom meeting.
