How can I get help and support when using Brightspace?

Getting started

• As an introduction, follow the Brightspace self-directed online training.
• There are useful resources available on our Brightspace support page. There you will find how-to videos on accessing the virtual classroom, submitting an assignment, taking a test online, and more.

Online support

Once you have logged in to Brightspace, look for the Get Help button at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to search for answers to your issue or connect you with an agent. This Brightspace support should be your first stop for help with everything related to the system (aside from login or password issues).
