At George Brown we strive to offer students a range of delivery options for taking programs and courses. One option, Distance Education, refers to teaching and learning that takes place without the traditional campus classroom or on-site teacher.
Continuing Education at George Brown College offers distance education courses and programs in a variety of ways. The courses may be teacher-directed online, self-directed online, OntarioLearn online, CD-based with online support, DVD-based with online support or paper-based with online support. The majority are offered online. Our Distance Education courses also provide you with personalized teacher support and feedback as you pursue an interest, a designation or a certificate.
