Can I verify or update the information on my student record?

Yes, you can verify and update your personal information on STU-VIEW.

To view or update your information:
1. Log into STU-VIEW
2. Search for the Student Records card and select Personal Information link.
3. Select the Edit or Add New link next to the personal information section you want to update. 
4. Click Update or Add to confirm your new information. 

Please note that only your Preferred First Name, Personal Email, Current Address, Phone Number, and Emergency Contact can be updated on STU-VIEW.

For assistance with verifying or updating any other information, you can:
1. Visit us at our in-person Student Service Centre.
2. Submit a question through Ask George.
3. Connect with our Contact Centre.

You can also verify your grades and view your unofficial transcript on your Student Records card. If you have questions about incorrect or missing grades, please contact your Academic Department.
