As the construction phase comes to a close on the mass-timber building, an exciting new chapter is about to begin at George Brown College’s Waterfront Campus.
In 1991, Nathalie Cook graduated from George Brown College's Sport & Event Marketing program, poised to disrupt a male-dominated industry and blaze a trail that would elevate women in Canadian sports.
Stahlbrand and her Honours Bachelor of Food Studies students also helped the college earn an organic campus designation in 2023.
