Biography
Anne Hardacre has spent more than seven years teaching and developing in-class and hybrid curriculum for George Brown College in the human resources diploma and post-diploma programs. She holds both a Masters of Industrial Relations (with a specialization in Human Resources) and a Masters of Education degree.
Anne has over 20 years’ experience in education and industry in progressively more responsible human resources generalist and specialist roles including managerial positions. She has worked for both private and public organizations developing and implementing performance management programs with emphasis on recruitment/selection, training, compensation and career development. She also has experience with high school, college and university teaching and curriculum development in both the classroom and on-line environments for human resources and business management programs.
