From the uncertainty of lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic to the more recent financial pressures and global conflicts, there has been no shortage of causes for anxiety and worry. It is easy to feel overwhelmed.
As we approach Bell Canada's Let's Talk Day on January 24, 2024, let’s take a moment to recognize the importance of creating spaces for us all to speak openly about mental health and to seek the support and help that we need. At George Brown College, we understand how crucial such support is throughout the year, for our students, and for employees.

Let's Talk Huskies games
The George Brown Huskies are also hosting two Bell Let’s Talk games on January 24 (women's volleyball) 26 (men's basketball). There will be prizes and information relating to mental health, and details about the mental health resources offered by George Brown College. For more details, visit the Huskies’ page.
You can participate in Bell Canada's Let's Talk Day in other ways. Bell will donate 5 cents to mental wellness initiatives, for every text, call, tweet or video using #BellLetsTalk as a hashtag.
