The Well group uses sitting mindfulness meditations and creative mindful movement to music. The group is designed to be a nourishing space to reduce stress or overwhelm, reconnect with your body’s wisdom and emotions to understand yourself better, cultivate a kinder relationship with yourself, and/or to find support in your personal growth. It is a space to be in a supportive community of other students.

Students can attend any session after registration. No prior experience is needed to participate.
