The weekly student-centred #MyGBC Podcast is celebrating its fifth season premiere this week, promising another great season of thought-provoking interviews that delve into the details of services, supports, groups and events of interest to George Brown College students.
The podcast also welcomes new host, Brand Design student Pantea Kouhpayeh, who will lead the discussions as well as offer a unique perspective as an international student from Iran enjoying living in Toronto and taking advantage of all the school has to offer.
Kouhpayeh is passionate about the college and helping other students excel – she’s worked at the Welcome Desks, in the marketing department and is also currently an orientation ambassador and social media coordinator for the School of Design.
“As an up-and-coming brand designer, and as someone who has moved to a new city, Pantea has the curiosity to understand how things work and showcase their uniqueness,” says podcast producer Claire Whitehead.
