How do I change the graduation date on my credential?

If you believe that the graduation date on your credential is incorrect, please send an inquiry to the Academic Records Office We will review your record and if a correction is necessary, replace the credential free of charge.
What happens if I don't want my locker anymore?

If you decide you don't need your locker you can cancel by visiting the St. James Campus Store. However, if you decide to cancel more than 10 business days after the semester start date, you will not receive a refund. For more information email lockers@georgebrown.ca

I paid for my first year and my tax receipt reflects only half of what I paid. Where’s the rest?

Tax receipts reflect a calendar year. For the year 2022, the terms included on the tax receipt are Winter 2022, Summer 2022, and Fall 2022. If you enrolled in Winter 2023, your tax receipt will be issued the following year.
