Can I extend my study permit if my program is now expected to be completed later than the original completion date?

International students are required to have a valid study permit for the entire duration of their program. If your study permit is expiring before the program completion date, you will be required to extend your study permit as early as possible. Students who are required to complete a Work-integrated learning component (e.g. co-op, externship, field placement, practicum) are also required to apply for/extend their co-op work permit as well.
