Get a solid overview of the industry and develop the skills needed to provide exceptional service to global hospitality and tourism customers with this one-year certificate program. 

Full Description

The one-year Hospitality Services (H101) certificate program provides broad exposure to many segments of the hospitality and tourism industry so you can enter the field after graduation or advance your studies in a hospitality diploma program. It's a great option if you have international hospitality and tourism experience and want to build skills for the Canadian workplace. 

Informed by industry, this program teaches the fundamental skills to provide exceptional service to global hospitality and tourism customers. This program is linked to operators of recognized hotels and resorts, restaurants, events, catering, and tourism companies. 

Successful completion of the Hospitality Services program prepares students for entry into the following School of Hospitality and Tourism Management diploma programs: 

Note: George Brown College has adopted a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiative. As a result, we no longer have computer lab classrooms. For classes that require computers, students will need to bring their own laptops. With the completion of this certificate, you qualify to move into several diploma programs (noted below) at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, providing admission requirements are met and space is available. You may also apply for elective credit and exemptions for courses in those programs.
