Biography
Mark is a strategist who works to build the capabilities, capacity and sustainability of organizations and people. His focus is on growth and profit in all stages of industry and organizational lifecycle. As a committed and proven social entrepreneur, Mark brings into the classroom a unique perspective that spans both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Mark uses traditional strategic tools and blends in new concepts such as the Business Canvas Model and Blue Ocean Strategy. In addition , Mark writes cases based upon the consulting work done by his students.
Mark motivates others through his passion and commitment, allowing individuals to explore their own talents and consider the options available to them. He is actively involved with Goodwill Industries and with children's and youth mental health agencies, and works with them developing leadership and change management programs.
