Better Jobs Ontario has replaced the Second Career program. The program now offers increased eligibility for the unemployed and underemployed as well as those on social assistance, gig workers, youth and newcomers to Ontario. Please visit georgebrown.ca/better for more information.
Before you move on to Step 4 of the George Brown College Better Jobs Passport please make sure to PRINT OFF the Research Document for your program(s) of interest below.
You will be required to include this document in the training research questions in the application to The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Trades and Skills Development (MLITSD).
Please be advised these research documents do not guarantee that these are Better Jobs Ontario eligible programs. In addition, these research documents are not a definitive list of all Better Jobs Ontario eligible programs at George Brown. Please speak to your Case Manager at the Employment Ontario Centre regarding your employment goal and which program may be best for you under Better Jobs Ontario.
