Login to Office 365, Stream and use ClipChamp for editing.
This is the best option for a recording that requires editing and more advanced features.

3. Share Content
Because of large file sizes, one of the best ways to share your content is to use a video sharing platform. Upload your video and share the link on your site or social media.
4. Post a Link on BrightSpace
Post a link on BrightSpace, Upload/Create, Create Link, Paste the link and Click Create.
