Technology Help with the LLC

For technology help, you can visit a Library Help desk during open hours, or call us using the contact information below. You may also submit a support ticket online, at any time, through GBC Assist.

Call for Technology Help at 416-415-5000 x8255:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday,  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday,  10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

LLC technology specialists can help you with inquiries such as setting up GBC email on your phone, multi-factor authentication, starting a 3D print, and more. Please note that staff are able to provide password resets in person only. Follow these steps to reset your password remotely.
