Test-Day Results
Test Report Forms (TRFs) for the Paper-Based version of IELTS are prepared 13 days after the test. If your test is on a Saturday, the results are ready 2 Fridays after the test was taken. If your test is on a Thursday, your results are ready 2 Wednesdays after the test was taken. You will receive an email when your results are viewable online. Recognizing Organizations that receive TRFs electronically will receive notification that your result is available the same day.
Test Report Forms for the Computer Delivered version of IELTS are prepared 1-2 days after the test.
You may pick up your TRF on the day it is ready at 341 King Street East. You must bring the identification document that you registered and took the test with or we cannot release the result form to you.
TRFs are mailed through Canada Post letter delivery service along with TRFs to be sent to Recognizing Organizations. If you would like to pick up your results in person at our downtown Toronto office, please contact us via email on or before your result release date. If you would like your results to be sent by courier please pay for the appropriate service.

Additional Test Report Forms
You have the opportunity to send ten free TRFs to Recognizing Organizations during the test registration process.
If, after your test, you wish to send your results to an organization, please fill in our online application form. There will be an administrative fee. You will need to upload your passport or PR card that you used on your test date as part of the application.
Please note that we are only able to access and provide IELTS results within the last two years.
Fees
After the test, the price to prepare, print (or send electronically) and send a TRF to a Recognizing Organization is $25.00. (this includes Canada Post letter delivery service or for electronic results). After sending us the form, you may pay by credit card online or by telephone, or by debit card and credit card in person.
If you prefer us to send your TRF by courier (overnight delivery), additional fees apply.
Enquiry on Results
IELTS Scores are reliable and errors rarely occur. If, however, you would like your test to be re-scored, you may ask for an EOR. You must request an EOR within 6 weeks of your test date.
Your result will normally be available in 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark.
The fee to request an EOR is $285.00. You will receive a refund minus a $35 administrative fee in the result of an improved score.
