On April 9th, something memorable and exciting took place: the launch of Citronino vodka. This vodka isn't just any spirit; it's the culmination of an innovative project from students and staff in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, aimed at recycling waste from classrooms and transforming it into a valuable distillate. Tune-in to learn how upwards of 400 students, a local distillery and a group of dedicate staff worked together to save waste and create a delicious and sustainable beverage.
